ITT has been fabricating large flat optical surfaces — both mirrors and windows — in any shape, with low surface roughness and figure, for over 50 years. Today, these flats are used in a variety of high-performance systems, such as telescopes and observation platforms, high-energy laser systems, interferometers, microlithography systems, and gauging systems.
